Helfertool is a software that allows to manage the volunteers or staff for an event, they can register online for jobs and the admin interface allows to manage the registered persons. For each job different shifts with a start and end time and a limited number of helpers can be created.

Manage gifts for volunteers: they may receive a gift for each done shift, the organisers can note if a volunteer got the gift for each single shift.

Helpers may receive some items like flashlights during their shift, manage the loan using barcodes on the badges and items.
